Your Educator: Kayleigh Short
Kayleigh is the owner of Solo Nails & Education based in the heart of the historical town of Amble. Kayleigh has been in the nail industry for 5 years and has completed numerous courses along the way, she has really made it her top priority to be super knowledgeable in all things nail related & has a passion for creating a higher standard of education in the industry.
Kayleigh offers a multitude of courses from her Ultimate Gel Journey, to in person 1-1’s. She is currently working on opening up nail retreats in Newcastle so that aspiring nail techs can learn, form a support network & get to know one another in a beautiful country house complete with yoga & mindfulness!
When you train with Kayleigh you can expect a friendly environment where you’re encouraged to ask questions and really delve into the world of nails. Kayleigh prides herself on being a supportive educator leaving you feeling confident and ready to put your newly learnt skills into practice!
Location and Notes

Solo Nails & Education is based in the heart of Amble Town centre, (2-4 Wellwood Street).

A group of up to 6 students are taught on each course.

A selection of hot/cold drinks & snacks are provided on the day however you will need to bring lunch or will have the option to pop to any of the local cafes.

All day parking is available a short walk from the salon.

You will need to arrive with a set of nails applied using your chosen medium (acrylic/builder gel/hard gel/poly gel/acrygel).

You will need to purchase your kit & EFile from MUSE prior to your training and bring that along on the day.

You will have the option to be added into a private group of Kayleigh’s students after completion of your training. This is so students can support each other & you will have direct access to Kayleigh should you need any further guidance.
Please note, if there are an odd number of people booked onto the course, you may be required to bring a model. We will do a final check of numbers 5 days prior to the course, and you will be contacted should you need to bring along a model.
